- Object: Clay vessel fragment
- Site: Haghia Triada
- Period: LM IB
- Edition: GORILA IV, 67

## Text

1. [PA-TA-DA](<https://linear-a.ai/lexicon/PA-TA-DA/index.md>) [DU-PU₂-RE](<https://linear-a.ai/lexicon/DU-PU~E2~82~82-RE/index.md>)

## Proposed translation

Patada: to the sanctuary.

## Lexicon entries here

- [PA-TA-DA](<https://linear-a.ai/lexicon/PA-TA-DA/index.md>) (Patada): personal name; Egyptian Ptḥ-dj(⸗f) 'Ptah gives'; rival Hurrian pṭḏ (Ugarit). Candidate.
- [DU-PU₂-RE](<https://linear-a.ai/lexicon/DU-PU~E2~82~82-RE/index.md>) (dubur): sanctuary, inner sanctum (dubur). Probable.

## Remarks

A sherd of a clay vessel with PA-TA-DA-DU-PU₂-RE[ written without a divider and broken after RE at the sherd's edge. It is read as two words, PA-TA-DA and DU-PU₂-RE: the space between DA and DU is nearly twice the others, and PA-TA-DA recurs on PH(?) 31a. The stand-in is a piece of a jar's shoulder with the text running into the break; its shape and size are its own. Generated stand-in, not a scan: the shape follows the published description, the sign layout is approximate.

## 3D model

Created at Plasma AI. Template model generated in the browser; texts after the project dossier and GORILA. Glyphs: Noto Sans Linear A (OFL), re-cut stroke by stroke.
