## Commentary

AP Za 2 .2 I-NA-JA-RE-TA[ ]QA, no divider after TA. hinna yarēʾat… 'behold, she who reveres…': I-NA- as in I-NA-JA-PA-QA hinna yapqaḥ (PK Za 11), Ebla i-na, in-na (GlOS 1, 218); yarēʾat the feminine construct of yārēʾ 'in fear of', Babylonian yərēʾat (HALOT 433), as ʾiššâ yirʾat YHWH 'a woman who fears YHWH' (Prov 31:30), JA writing ya and RE the ē. Rival: yārēʾtā 'you have feared' (2 Sam 1:14), the finite verb of I-NA-JA-PA-QA. Rival: the noun yirʾat 'the reverence of' (Job 28:28; di Mino, Ya Diktu). Weak point: no divider follows TA, and the genitive is lost in the lacuna. One attestation.
