Nuzi Ipšaja, Ip-ša-a-a, Ip-šá-a-a, "Probably hypocoristic for Ipša-halu" (Gelb, Purves, and MacRae 1943, 220); the element ipš- is Hurrian (ibid., 220). The coda p takes a dead A: Ip-ša-a-a gives I-PA-SA-JA. JA is dotted and there is one witness.
