## Commentary

ARKH 2 .1, intact: SI-DA-TE heads the tablet without a numeral over a must list, KU-RA *131B 5, then A-SI-DA-TO-I 12, ZU-*301-SE-DE-*21F-*118 6, A-SU-PU-WA 4, RU-MI[ (GORILA III 7). Heb. ṣêdâ 'food for a journey' (Gen 42:25; Josh 1:11; HALOT 1021), Ug. ṣd 'hunt, game' (DULAT 767). SI writes the i of Akk. ṣidītu 'viaticum, travel provisions' (CAD Ṣ 172), Heb. ṣêdâ the contracted ē; TE the feminine -t. Rival: a personal name or party heading, as on HT 20 and HT 16; cf. SI-DA-RE (HT 17, HT 122a). One attestation. See SE-*305 and MA-SI-DU.
