## Commentary

IO Za 9 is preserved on the broken corner of a square marble libation table. Line a is retrograde and line b runs in the opposite direction, so both read outward from the corner (GORILA V, 32–33; Younger 2023, citing Palaima 1988, 310–12). Line a keeps ]JA-SA-SA- and line b U̇-NA-KA-[; GORILA and Younger restore RA-ME and NA-SI from the formula. Both words are read in full elsewhere: JA-SA-SA-RA-ME on IO Za 6 and PS Za 2, U-NA-KA-NA-SI on KO Za 1, PK Za 8, SY Za 2 and TL Za 1. PK Za 27 breaks after U-NA-KA- too.

## Epigraphic note

Corner of a square marble libation table (HM 3898). Line a, retrograde, keeps ]JA-SA-SA- and line b, after the divider, U̇-NA-KA-[, the two running outward from the corner; GORILA restores RA-ME and NA-SI from the formula (V 32–33), as does Younger. JA-SA-SA-RA-ME is read in full on IO Za 6 and PS Za 2, U-NA-KA-NA-SI on KO Za 1, PK Za 8, SY Za 2 and TL Za 1.
