Context: Peak sanctuary libation formula—Syme variant with unique second and third words

LMIA Syme peak sanctuary. Word 1 is the tG-stem formula verb (CONFIRMED). Word 2 = yā ʾanwaru 'O Radiant One' (SPECULATIVE; RILA-S1 p. 84). Word 3 = bānīy 'the Builder' (CANDIDATE). The epithet pair matches Ugaritic El's ṯr il dpid // bny bnwt 'Builder of Built (Ones)' (KTU 1.4 III 30–32).

RILA-S1 p. 84: A-TA-I-*301-WA-JA · JA-I-NWA-RO · PA₃-NI-WI, with RO and WI underdotted. JA-I-NWA-ZA is 'moins probable' (cf. SY Za 11; for ZA cf. KN Zf 31), PA₃-NI-PI 'moins vraisemblable'. Sign 3 of word 2 is NWA (AB48) in both RILA-S1 lines.
