### Note

Circle-based sign family, site-unique to TY2 (11 tokens): plain circle = \*309, interior-marked variants = \*309B/\*309C (SigLA drawing). Pictograph matches the word's core sense—kikkār is 'a round.' Phonetic-spelling anchor: KE-KI-RU = kikkaru Probable 0.7 at HT94b. B carries the largest counts (500, 250); C takes 17\[ \] and 30, but plain \*309 takes the smallest counts (10, 6), so the variants are not a size grade on this evidence. Ration arithmetic sane: Σ\*309 = 1,413 rounds (1,333 if line 5 reads 80) vs VIR+\[?\] 84 ≈ 17 per man; as metal talents 500 units ≈ 15 tons, implausible at Tylissos. Suffix strings form two families (-PU set: \*34-PU-PI/KI-PU/DA-PU; -JU set: JU-KI/RI-JU/DA-\[?\]-JU/\[?\]-WA-JU), qualifiers unresolved. Prior v3 phonetic solver: no signal.
