Every open grid value tested on the four tokens: /bu/ alone fits the spelling rules and an administrative noun. Rival: /ḫu/, ʾuḫuzza(t) 'holding' (Heb. ʾăḥuzzâ, HALOT 32), which needs ZA for PS \*ḏ.
