## Notes

Huehnergard 2019, 67: \*ʔin 'in' is East Semitic, in West Semitic restricted to Gəʕəz ʔǝn-bälä and to the extended \*ʔin-tV 'at, via' (Gəʕəz ʔǝntä). LGz. 33 also records Dillmann's and Koehler's derivation of ʾənta from the base of Heb. ʾēt. Not K0007 \*bV- 'in', K0601 \*ʾVt- 'with', K0008 \*bal- 'without', 709 \*ʾin- 'spread (of water)' nor 3713 \*ʾn 'where?'.
