Hbr., Arm. and Syr. ḥ continue \*ḫ. HALOT 291 queries Hbr. ḥdh as an Aramaic loan; HALOT 292 calls Hbr. ḥedwâ 'joy' one. HALOT 291 also prints Arb. ḥadā 'to drive (camels) with song', whose ḥ does not answer \*ḫ.
