HALOT 1124 sets Aramaic qəṭaʿ beside Hebrew qṣʿ; the Aramaic is K0337 \*qVṭVʿ-. HALOT 1124 also gives Geez qaḍʿa and Tigre qaṭʿa, whose ḍ and ṭ do not answer \*ṣ.
