Remarks
Four signs, KA-SI-A-TE, cut on a block of the Royal Tomb at Isopata. The block is lost and known from Evans's drawing (The Prehistoric Tombs of Knossos, 1906, fig. 146); Owens reads the signs as Linear A, and Younger, after Hood, takes them as masons' marks. The stand-in is a squared limestone block, smaller than a wall block, with the signs cut large on its dressed face. Generated stand-in, not a scan: the shape follows the published description, the sign layout is approximate.
