Commentary

KN 32a .2 A-KA-TA, whole at the left edge, broken after (GORILA I 264–65). Sign for sign the Amorite name ʾAKK-AT-UM, A-KA-TUM (Gelb no. 329), with the stem of ʾAKK-AT-IJA and ʾAKK-ATAN-UM; Gelb gives the element no meaning. Linear B a-ka-ta-jo, a man’s name at Pylos and Knossos (DMic I 34). One witness.
