Commentary

HT 40: NU-DU-*331 · TE · GRA 207 / KI-DA-TA · GRA 134 / KU-RO; KI-DA-TA holds the slot of NU-DU-*331, a party, with its own GRA entry. HT 27a .4 KI-DA-[, broken after DA, where GORILA prefers KI-DA-TẸ[ (GORILA I 49), is a damaged second witness. Rival: kaddat ‘jar’ (Ug. kd, a jar and a measure for liquids, ca. 22 l, DULAT 424), which leaves KI for ka unexplained and does not fit a grain entry.
