Commentary

PE 2 .2 RU-PI, then a damaged mark and ⅓, before SA-*305-MI 1⅛. rōpiʾ ‘healer’, the active participle of √r-p-ʾ (PS *rVpVʾ-), U for ō as in *47-KU-NA sōkina, the final ʾ unwritten. A-RI-PA ʾaripāʾ, of the same root, stands on the tablet. Weak point: the damaged mark after PI may be a lost sign. One attestation. See A-RI-PA and A-RE-PI-RE-NA.
