Commentary
Fragmentary libation table from the Iouktas peak sanctuary, MM III B–LM I. Diplomatic text: ] *123 · JA-SA-SA-RA- / -ME · U-NA-RU-KA[. The opening *123 is the final sign of a lost word; Karetsou, Godart, and Olivier (2002–2003, 445 n. 26) reject a standalone logographic reading in this context. The line break within JA-SA-SA-RA-ME is not a divider. At the other edge, only U-NA-RU-KA is preserved. Comparison with PK Za 11 and the U-NA-(RU)-KA-NA-SI/TI family permits a gathering clause as a bracketed reconstruction, but the editors explicitly decline to choose the lost ending (pp. 446–47). RU may represent Akkadian-style lū introducing a positive injunction in a verbless clause (Huehnergard 1997 §22.2), but its value remains uncertain (Duhoux 1992, 69–70; Thomas 2020, 2–3).
Epigraphic note
Fragmentary libation formula. Both the opening group and the final group are broken.
