Commentary
HT 29 .5 A-RE-DA-I 2, whole and undotted, RE written over an erased sign, the whole tablet over an erasure (GORILA I 55). An entry of two units after [?]-KI-TA 2 and before KA-DU-MA-NE 1, on a tablet with PA-JA-RE. Nuzi writes the name A-ar-da-e beside A-ar-ta-e (Gelb, Purves, and MacRae 1943, 33): RE writes ar- with a dead vowel, DA the -da- of that spelling. Rival: DA-I dayu as a second element, with A-RE unexplained.
