Commentary
PE Zb 7, a pithos: JA-WA-PI beside a handle, the first word, closed by a divider before JA[ (RILA-S1 112). The causative prefix form yawpiʿ of w-p-ʿ, ʿ unwritten, the w kept after the prefix as in Amorite muwpiʿi and Hebrew hôpîaʿ. Weak point: RILA-S1 reads the third sign PI, Younger VIR (Younger, Linear A Texts), and the photographs do not decide it. One witness.
