Commentary

KI for /gi/, TA for /tt/, -I for the nisbe -ī. HT 123+124a, two joining palimpsest fragments (GORILA I 210–211): KI-TA-I · OLIV 31, *308 8¼, KI-RO 1, the first of four parties in an olive and pressed-oil account beside PU-*131A, SA-RU (šarru) and DA-TU; KU-RO OLIV 93½. A press-estate fits as a party beside a royal establishment: Ug. gt ‘press; farmstead, estate’ (DULAT 307). Rival: a personal or institutional name. One attestation; HT 29 has [?]-KI-TA, a name. See *312-TA.
