Commentary
HT 34 DA-JU-TE · SI-*516 ·, the heading, before SA-RA₂ · MI+JA+KA. SI is a phonetic complement giving the s- onset of the logogram *516, its proposed value SIPRU, as PA₃ gives the b- of BUṬNU in PA₃-*188. Ug. spr /sipru/, pl. sprm /siparūma/ ‘document’ (Huehnergard 2012, 42), BH sēper. One attestation.
