Commentary
The Neopalatial Petsophas fragment preserves complete JA-SA-SA-RA-ME after a divider, followed by Ụ-NA-KA-[ or possibly Ụ-NA-KA-ṆẠ[ before the break (Knappett, Del Freo, and Zurbach 2017, 73–80). It belongs to the same abbreviated formulaic pair as IO Za 9 but is not an independently complete duplicate. No preserved element means ‘holy.’
Epigraphic note
Neopalatial serpentine libation-table fragment from the Petsophas peak sanctuary. Knappett, Del Freo, and Zurbach 2017 publish ] · JA-SA-SA-RA-ME · Ụ-NA-KA-[, possibly Ụ-NA-KA-ṆẠ[. The first group is complete; the second breaks after KA, with a possible trace of NA. Initial U is palaeographically uncertain but preferred by the editors from its outline and formulaic context.
