Commentary
HT 115b *306-TU-JA 1, whole and undotted, between KU-RU-MA · I ½ and A-Ị-[··] 1̣, on a palimpsest (GORILA I 191); *306+MI stands on the same face. *306-TU (HT 9a, 9b, 119, 122a) with hypocoristic -ya, cf. Heb. ʿAttay (1 Chr 2:35); the -ya of Amorite ʿAMM-IJA (Gelb 1980, no. 735), as *306+MI ʿAmmī on the same face. Weak point: -ya is also Hurrian and Akkadian. Rival: a Hurrian name in -ya. One attestation.
