Commentary

HT 96a: I-TI-TI-KU-NI · A-PA-RA-NE · A-*123-TE ·, the heading of a grain list (SI-MI-TA GRA 5, RU-SA 4, PI-TA-RA 1). (y)ittatkūni ‘which have been poured out’, disbursed: I- the relative or the 3ms yi-, TI-TI-KU the Nt stem of √n-t-k ‘pour out’, the n assimilated in the geminate tt, and -NI the energic -n(n), as Ugaritic yqtln /yaqtulan(na)/ (Huehnergard 2012, 57). The base TI-TI-KU heads HT 35. Rivals: -NI the 1cs object or dative suffix, as Amarna -ni on verbs, often through the ventive -anni (Rainey 1996, I:72–74, II:264); a heading name. Hebrew uses the Hiphil of silver, ‘to melt down, or to throw away (money)’ (2 Kgs 22:9; HALOT 733). Weak point: no text uses n-t-k of grain or figs, which HT 96a issues. One attestation.
