Commentary

TY 2 .5 *309C-[?]-RU-KA 30, one of eight qualifiers joined to *309. RU-KA writes ruqāq, the final q unwritten. Exod 29:23 sets rāqîq beside kikkar leḥem, the pairing TY 2 shows; Akk. raqqatu, a bread at Emar (CAD R 171). Sign order follows GORILA’s facsimile, RU over KA (GORILA I 324–325). Rival: a place or recipient name, as the other qualifiers can be read. The hook atop *309C is joined to the circle, as the curl on *309 at .3 and .6 (GORILA I 325). Weak point: *309 = KIKKARU is a proposed value. One attestation.
