Commentary
HT11b SA-QE-RI · KA 30, the last of five KA entries summed to KU-RO 180: a recipient, so a name. Šaqeli on √š-q-l ‘to weigh’: SA writes š, and RI the l, as Linear A writes r and l alike. Names on the root: Amorite ŠIQL-AN-U, ŠIQL-AN-UM, ŠIQL-IM (Gelb 1980, nos. 5881–5883; glossary ŠQL ‘to weigh’); Akkadian Šaqilia (ORACC P514274) and Šiqila (ORACC Q003427, Q006330).
