Commentary

ZA 9 .6 WI-RA-RE-MI-TE *21F 1, the last entry, a recipient of one ewe after [·]-MA-JU *21F 2; intact, RE a Y with the stem through it (GORILA III 167). Construct by juxtaposition: WI-RA wild ‘young one’, as Akkadian wilid in wilid bītim, RA for l and the final d unwritten; RE-MI-TE rēmti ‘wild cow’, RE for the rē- of rēmu. A name of the type of fRīmat-Ninsun, the wild-cow mother of Gilgameš (CAD R 359). TE writes the genitive -ti, as TA-NA-TE beside TA-NA-TI Tanāti; RA writes l, as in SU-PA₃-RA subāra. One attestation.
