Commentary
GORILA I, 214–215 describes the upper part as damaged. The restoration [KI-]RE-TA₂ is strongly supported by HT 129, whose complete KI-RE-TA₂ heading precedes GRA 33⅔, *304 10, and NI 22, but it is not preserved on HT 125b itself. The surviving quantities total 80½; no KU-RO total survives. Younger tentatively interprets side a as disbursements and side b as contributions. Salgarella and Petrakis classify HT 125b structurally among transfer lists, but this does not determine the direction of transfer or the lexical value of its heading.
Epigraphic note
GORILA I, 214–215 describes the upper part as damaged (sup. mutil.). The first entry and the beginning of ]RE-TA₂ are lost at the break. Younger restores [KI-]RE-TA₂ and compares HT 129, where the complete heading KI-RE-TA₂ precedes the closely matching sequence GRA 33⅔, *304 10, NI 22. The restoration is persuasive but remains editorial. GRA+PA and GRA+F are distinct grain categories; their exact products are unknown. *304 is an unidentified commodity, not securely olive oil. The preserved quantities total 80½, but no KU-RO total survives. Younger’s suggestion that side a records disbursements and side b contributions is interpretive.
