Commentary
KN Zc 6 .2 opens with A-DI after .1 QI-TI-RI and governs DA-KI-TI: ʿadi daqqati ‘(ground) until fine’, as Hebrew grinds the golden calf ʿad ʾăšer-dāq ‘until it was fine’ (Exod 32:20; Deut 9:21); Phoenician ʿd ‘as far as, until’ (Krahmalkov 2000, 360). Evans (PoM I 615 n. 1) reports a dividing mark before DA, which GORILA IV 121 does not print. Initial A- writes ʿa-, the ʿ unwritten. One attestation.
