Commentary

PK Za 18 I-DA · JA-JA-[…], on a stone vessel, after the fully delimited I-DA, and SY Za 8 A-TA-I-*301-WA-JA · JA-JA-[…], after the libation-formula opener. Both positions take a theonym or divine epithet. √ḥ-y-y ‘live’: Heb. ḥāyâ ‘to be alive’ (HALOT 310), ḥayyā ‘the Living One’. No HA precedes JA-JA, and Aegean spelling leaves h unwritten: Linear B e-qe-ta /hekwetās/, e-qe-ta-i /hekwetāhi/, a-mo-ta /harmota/ and a-u-po-no /ahupnos/ (Chadwick and Baumbach 1963, s.vv. ἕπομαι, ἅρμα, ἀ-/ἀν-). Weak point: both stand on fragments that break after the second JA, where a divider may follow. Two attestations.
