Commentary
CR(?) Zf 1, a gold pin: A-MA-WA-SI · KA-NI-JA-MI · I-JA · QA-KI-SE-NU-TI · A-TA-DE. The name stands before the 1cs verb A-TA-DE, as the one who makes the pin ready. The second sign is KI, with GORILA IV 146–147, Younger and the photograph. KN Wb 33 joins QA-KI[ (a) and NU-SE (b, read leftward) as QA-KI-SE-NU-[ (Younger, Linear A Texts, other texts). The pattern is DA-KU-SE-NE Takušenni (HT 103) beside DA-KU-SE-NE-TI (HT 104), with the same final -TI. The first element is Hurrian Kakki (Mari, Kaneš), with Kakki-še at Karana (Monti 2017, 252, 453, 388). Rival: an Amorite name on kakka ‘weapon’, as KAKK-A+MANN-U (Gelb 1980, nos. 3905–3912). QA for the k as Nuzi Qa-ak-ki, var. Ka-ak-ki, Ga-ak-ki, and Kakkiše, Ka-ak-ki-še, ᶠQa-ak-ki-še (NPN 78). Two attestations.
