Commentary

Two damaged witnesses give the group in full. PK Za 8 (GORILA IV 24–26) secures the start with a divider before TU, but ME is partial and I survives only as the tops of three prongs at the broken corner, with no divider before JA-SA[ on the next face; Younger reads only TU as sure (Younger, Linear A Texts, PK Za 8). PK Za 14 (GORILA IV 40) secures the end, ]-TU-ME-I · JA-SA-SA-[, but breaks before TU. Hebrew תֻּמִּי tummī ‘my wholeness, integrity’ (Ps 7:9; 26:1) has the same nominal shape. On both vessels √t-m-m stands before a √y-š-r word (JA-SA[, JA-SA-SA-[), as Job 1:1 tām wə-yāšār and Ps 25:21 tōm wāyōšer pair them (di Mino, Ya Diktu), which supports ‘my wholeness, [in righteousness]’ with the two roots kept apart. Rival: a D-stem imperative ‘be made whole’, though a regular factitive imperative keeps more of the stem. Two attestations.
