Commentary
HT 90 (Haghia Triada): heads a distribution of GRA 20 and OLE+DI 3. i-k-r-n: ʾi- ‘at’ with √q-r-n, ‘at the horn’, a promontory toponym; KA-RO-NA on HT 11a has the same k-r-n. A preposition would govern the genitive qarni, not -NA (Fischer 2002, §292), so I-KU-RI-NA is a fixed place name, not a phrase. Rival: a personal name on √q-r-n. One attestation.
