Commentary

Complete, worn tablet with a blank lower field; no signs require restoration. HT114a is a near-twin from the same room and scribe, repeating KI-RI-TA₂, SA-RA₂, and the same five-commodity order. HT121 additionally places A623 before the SA-RA₂ allocation. SigLA catalogs A623 as one logogram, while GORILA decomposes it as OLE+QE+DI. OLE makes an oil category secure and DI permits a possible honey/syrup comparison, but QE is not independently established here as the Akkadian qû-measure. SA-RA₂ is provisionally /šarra/ ‘queen’; ‘the queen’s establishment’ describes its possible metonymic administrative referent, not a different lexical meaning.
