Commentary

Context: mixed commodity inventory under a repeated administrative heading. I-QA-*118 also heads a commodity section on HT131a. If *118 = ṬA, Arabic iqṭaʿ ‘cut, divide’ provides a formal and semantically relevant comparison, but no direct Bronze Age administrative use of the form is established; a personal or institutional name remains possible. OLE+KI and OLE+U have candidate interpretations elsewhere in the lexicon, whereas OLE+RA is unique and remains unidentified. The photograph confirms right-edge damage after GRA and VIN.
