MA-KA-RI-TE ‘merchants’ heads a roster of men owing 1 each, as Ugaritic lists count mkrm ‘merchants’ with a total (ġr mkrm, DULAT 537); rival makritu ‘red’ (CAD M/1 138). One written word in both witnesses. Personnel allocation list with named recipients. KI-RO is ‘owed’, not ‘all, total’. U-MI-NA-SI heads the roster outside the count: the ten one-unit entries from U-SU to NA-DA-RE make KU-RO 10. KI-DA-RO is the personal name Qidaru, last of the SA-TA roster below the ruling.
