Commentary
HT 122b: PO-TO-KU-RO 97 follows KU-RO 65, a grand total over the subtotal, summed across both faces: HT 122a KU-RO 31 + KU-DA 1 + HT 122b KU-RO 65 = 97 (Schrijver 2014, 4). Gordon reads bat kol, bat ‘daughter’ with kol ‘all’, ‘daughter of all’, the grand total, deriving po-to from *butt- < *bunt-, the feminine of Ugaritic bun- ‘son’ (Gordon 1966 §118); the skeleton p-t-k-r gives bt with kr, the vowels dead. The structure is that of KU-RO kull ‘total’.
